Donatello V Josue, Principal of DVJ Consulting Engineers, is a highly accomplished professional with an extensive background in construction management, construction claims, program management, and organizational leadership. With a strong foundation of practical experience, Donatello is recognized for his military-inspired leadership style—prioritizing the training, development, and well-being of his team members while ensuring they are equipped to provide top-quality services to clients. He is deeply committed to fostering collaboration and cultivating long-lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Donatello holds a Master of Science in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego, a Master in Business Administration from CETYS University, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University.
